Defective Return Policy
Any defective cartridge (defective: a cartridge that has a manufacturer defect which prevents the cartridge from working and or performing to manufacturer specifications) found to be faulty are returned to tonercartridgeinc.com through our free shipping service, in exchange for a free replacement of the defective cartridge. Upon receiving your returned defective cartridge it is recorded and sent to the manufacturer. It is recognized that defective cartridges are not the negligence of tonercartridgeinc.com and tonercartridgeinc.com is not liable for defective cartridges outside of this outlined return and replacement policy.
Return policy
Toner cartridge inc understands unique circumstances arise and create a need to return product due to other reasons besides a product defect. Cartridges must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted without a Product return form. Once a returned order is received it is inspected and payment or account credit is then applied.
