Toner Cartridge Inc. warrants each compatible toner cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
The cartridges have been produced under stringent quality control standards, guaranteeing performance that meets that of the original equipment manufacturer.
Toner Cartridge Inc. will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any of its compatible laser printer cartridges found to be defective. Any Cartridge found to be defective within 1 year of shipment will be replaced for free or a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Toner Cartridge Inc. further warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our laser printer cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your laser printer. In the unlikely event that an OEM authorized printer service representative (“Service Rep”) certifies that our product caused damage to a customer’s equipment, Toner Cartridge Inc. will pay related labor costs and Toner Cartridge Inc. will provide parts to repair the printer. If a Service Rep has
already repaired the equipment using non-Toner Cartridge Inc. supplied parts, then we will at our option, replace the Service Rep’s inventory that the Service Rep demonstrates was used at the time of service. Certification must be given by the Service Rep that such damage could not have occurred under identical operating conditions when using an OEM product.
